User Guidelines

Sinai's foundation rests on biblical principles and a commitment to fostering a respectful and uplifting community. These principles guide our expectations for user behavior:

• Love and Respect: Treat others with dignity and care, reflecting the love of Christ in all interactions.
• Integrity and Honesty: Be truthful and transparent in your engagement with others.
• Accountability and Stewardship: Use the platform responsibly, recognizing the impact of your words and actions.

The following actions are prohibited when using the Sinai Services or Content:

2.1 Misuse of Services and Content

• Unauthorized Use: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the Services or Content without explicit authorization.
• Infringement: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or redistributing Sinai Content in violation of intellectual property rights or licensing agreements.
• Commercial Exploitation: Selling, sublicensing, or monetizing access to Sinai Services or Content without prior approval.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, or other automated methods to access, collect, or manipulate data or Content.

2.2 Harmful or Unlawful Conduct

• Illegal Activity: Engaging in or promoting activities that violate applicable laws, including fraud, hacking, or distribution of illegal content.
• Hate Speech and Harassment: Posting or sharing content that is abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or promotes violence or hatred.
• Malicious Behavior: Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful software to Sinai's platform.
• Privacy Violations: Sharing personal information about others without their consent.

2.3 Manipulative Practices

• Artificial Manipulation: Engaging in activities to artificially inflate likes, follows, or engagement metrics (e.g., using bots or click farms).
• Account Evasion: Circumventing bans or enforcement actions by creating new accounts or using alternate means of access.
• Misrepresentation: Impersonating others or creating false identities to deceive users or Sinai.

3.1 General Content Standards

Sinai is a platform for uplifting, inspiring, and biblically aligned content. All Content must:

• Be Lawful: Comply with applicable laws and not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Respect Values: Avoid blasphemous, obscene, or exploitative material that contradicts Sinai's Christian mission.
• Uphold Truth: Ensure factual accuracy and avoid sharing false or misleading information.

3.2 Prohibited Content

The following types of Content are not allowed on Sinai:

• Harmful Content: Material promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous behavior.
• Offensive Content: Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, or other characteristics.
• Sexually Explicit Content: Pornographic or sexually suggestive material, including inappropriate depictions of minors.
• Illegal Content: Content that promotes illegal activities, including drug use or trafficking.

By using Sinai, you agree to:

• Protect Account Security: Keep your login credentials confidential and notify Sinai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use Respectfully: Engage with others respectfully and avoid content or behavior that harms the community.
• Follow Laws and Policies: Comply with all applicable laws, as well as Sinai's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and these Guidelines.
• Report Misconduct: Use the reporting tools to flag inappropriate or harmful behavior or content.

If you encounter behavior or content that violates these Guidelines:

• Use Reporting Tools: Most inappropriate content can be reported directly via the platform.
• Contact Sinai Support: Email us at support@sinaigospel.com with a detailed description of the issue, including screenshots or links if applicable.

Sinai will review all reports and take appropriate action.

Violations of these Guidelines may result in:

• Content Removal: Deleting content that violates our policies.
• Account Restrictions: Limiting access to certain features or content.
• Account Termination: Permanent removal of your account for repeated or severe violations.

In cases involving illegal activities, Sinai may report violations to law enforcement or other authorities.

If your content or account has been actioned, you may request a review by submitting an appeal to support@sinaigospel.com within 30 days of receiving notice. Appeals should include:

• A detailed explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect.
• Supporting evidence, such as screenshots or context.

Sinai will review appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Sinai encourages the sharing of Christian faith and values. To ensure consistency with our mission:

• Biblical Alignment: Content must align with the teachings and principles of the Bible.
• Respect for Diversity: While rooted in Christian values, Sinai respects all users and encourages thoughtful, respectful engagement across beliefs.
• Community Building: Contributions should foster unity, compassion, and mutual understanding.

Sinai may update these Guidelines to reflect changes in laws, platform features, or community needs. Updates will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of Sinai Services after changes signifies acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
