Intellectual Property Policy
Effective Date: 20.01.2025
1. About This Policy
This Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") outlines how Sinai Ltd ("we," "us," "our") addresses claims of intellectual property infringement on its platforms, including websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Sinai Services").
Sinai respects intellectual property rights and requires users to do the same. By using the Sinai Services, users agree to comply with the Sinai User Guidelines, applicable laws, regulations, and the intellectual property, privacy, and other rights of third parties.
2. Copyright
What is Copyright?
Copyright is a legal right that protects original works of authorship, such as music, artwork, literature, and videos. Copyright grants the owner exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display their work.
Certain exceptions, such as "fair use" or similar concepts in other jurisdictions, may allow non-rights holders to use copyrighted works for purposes like critique, review, or parody. Copyright generally does not protect facts, ideas, names, titles, or slogans, although these may be protected under trademark law.
How to Report Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright holder or their authorized agent and believe that content on the Sinai Services infringes your copyright, you can submit a notice of alleged copyright infringement.
Please include the following information in your notice:
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- A detailed description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Sinai Services, including URLs if possible.
- Your full contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address).
- A statement affirming your good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Acknowledgment that your contact details may be shared with the alleged infringer and retained for legal purposes.
You may submit your notice via email or post to our designated copyright agent:

Misuse of the Copyright Reporting Process
Fraudulent claims or misuse of the reporting process may lead to account termination and potential legal action. If you are unsure about your rights, consult an attorney before submitting a claim.
Repeat Infringers
Sinai enforces a policy to terminate accounts of repeat infringers when appropriate. If content is reinstated after an appeal or retraction, this will be reflected in our repeat infringer policy.
3. Trademark
What is a Trademark?
A trademark is a word, symbol, slogan, or design that identifies and distinguishes the source of products or services. Trademark law protects against consumer confusion regarding the origin or affiliation of goods or services.
How to Report Trademark Infringement
If you are a trademark holder or their authorized agent and believe your trademark is being infringed on the Sinai Services, you can submit a notice of alleged trademark infringement.
Include the following in your notice:

4. How We Handle Claims
Sinai reviews all claims submitted through the designated channels. Upon receiving a claim:
- We evaluate the claim and may take appropriate actions, such as removing the reported content or restricting its access in specific regions.
- We may communicate with both the claimant and the user responsible for the reported content to clarify actions taken, gather additional information, or explain our decision.
Appeals Process
If your content or account is mistakenly actioned, or if you wish to contest a decision:
- You may submit an appeal following the instructions provided in our email correspondence.
- Appeals will be reviewed, and content may be reinstated if the claim is resolved in favor of the original user.
5. Automated and Manual Content Review
Sinai employs a combination of automated tools and manual review to detect and address potential intellectual property violations. These efforts are continuously refined to protect intellectual property rights effectively.
6. Additional Measures
- Sinai reserves the right to modify this Policy as necessary to comply with evolving legal requirements or operational needs.
- Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may face account termination under our repeat infringer policy.
